Stand up paddle boarding has exploded onto the water sports scene lately. And, we think it's the perfect way to get out on the water, keep active and have fun, even when the wind isn’t blowing.
Thats why, here at Poseidon from the Summer of 2015 we’re introducing a full S.U.P program. We appreciate that, for some people, a causal paddle followed by sundowner beers is just right, but for others, the board is a vessel providing access and adventure to some of Poole’s hidden beaches and lagoons. So, we'll be running a series of varied sessions to cater to every S.U.P style.
As an official Imagine SUP school with fully qualified BSUPA instructors, you can be assured that you're not only in great hands in an amazing location, but you'll be using the very best equipment available.
So, from beginners to avid 'Suppers', we welcome everyone to enjoy our relaxed and professional paddle scene.

*persons wishing to hire unsupervised will be required to complete an assessment/training session and carry their own insurance through BSUPA membership.
Board rental and local trails are available both supervised and unsupervised*, across Poole Harbour and Bournemouth bay with a varied, optional trail guide.

Our 6 week S.U.P survival course offers a thrilling combination of paddle boarding and advanced bushcraft skills. Through 6 evenings of modular training with ex-Royal Marines Commando and survival expert - Tim Crossin, participants are taught a range of long forgotten skills and tricks to surviving in the wild. Revolving around a paddle adventure, each evening will begin on the boards before mooring up and participating in lessons in everything from fire starting and shelter building, to food catching and cooking.

Every Tuesday from 6.30 – 8pm, we run a social S.U.P tour following a range of different routes around the Harbour. Paddle boarders of all levels are welcome to join in, meet new friends and enjoy an evening on the water with us.
